Dinghy Sailing

At the centre we use two types of Sailing Dinghy's, the left hand picture is call a Topper the right hand picture these are call optimists.

Toppers are suitable for 10 year olds to Adults

Optimist are suitable for children from 6 to 16

We are recognised by the Royal Yachting Association To teach Adult levels one and two.

And Young Sailors Certificates level 1,2,3 and red badge RYA Training scheme.

The lake is a great place to learn, with easy access to the water, flat water which makes for speedy improvements.

Children Dinghy Sailing Courses: run throughout all school holidays.

Monday to Friday 10.00 - 12.30pm mornings or 1.30-4.00 afternoon sessions
